I love providing performance opportunities for students starting out on their singing career and we have already accomplished so much this year.

Students have performed at the MicWire Charity Concert for Micro Tyco at St Mary’s in Alsager, at the Adderley Village Hall Fundraiser in Shropshire and three soloists have gigged two nights at Crewe Lyceum for the annual Schools Gotta Sing concert.

Due to the OVERWHELMING responses from students who want to perform – I am super proud to put together our first Summer Concert entirely made up of students 🙂 I teach over 60 singers and vocalists, 17 of these are showcasing their work (some for the very first time!) on Friday.

I asked all those who wanted to take part:

To choose a song about memory OR to sing a song that holds a memory for you.

This concert is the product of lots of hard work, fantastic achievements and much growth in technique, musicality and confidence.

We will be raising money and collecting MP3 players to donate to Playlist for Life.
